Family with children will enjoy this place

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, perfect for a night after a long drive. Plus, we were close to the elevator which made things easier with the kids.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still alright for what we got.

I had a lovely stay overlooking the beautiful lake. The suite's spaciousness and helpful staff made my exploration of Lake Geneva good. While the furnishings appeared slightly dated, the overall experience remained enjoyable, accentuated by its prime location near shops and restaurants.

The location offers stunning views of the lake, and the sunset from the balcony is a breathtaking experience. Room cleanliness was commendable, and the space was generously sized, perfect for a family getaway. However, the amenities seem to be declining. there was no functioning pool or working hairdryer, and we had issues with the coffee maker. Glad it was a short stay at least, as these aspects really detracted from the experience.

my stay at bella vista suites was fantastic! the location is perfect, right across from the beautiful lakefront and very close to downtown. the room was a king room with a sofa bed, which was cozy. we arrived early on a friday morning and were thrilled they accommodated our early access at 10 am. i also enjoyed a deep cleaning facial during my stay that left my skin feeling revitalized!

We loved visiting Houlihans for dinner and Kilwins for dessert. The location was spot on—close to everything. Our room was spacious, and the sunset views from the balcony were amazing. Just a heads-up, we checked in early, and the breakfast basket was a nice surprise.

One downside was the front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed when we checked in, which took away from the experience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. I'll never forget how the staff helped me print important documents during my first stay. I’m definitely coming back for another trip!

However, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear, with old furnishings and minor repairs needed in the room. Noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt tranquility, particularly during peak times. The coffee options are remarkably limited, and finding a decent continental breakfast was an underwhelming experience, as we only received a couple of bagels and small fruits.

Lake Geneva's culinary scene totally stole my heart! Flat Iron Tap had the best hearty bites, while Kilwins is a must-stop for dessert. their sweet treats are pure bliss! Plus, the location is unbeatable—right near all the hotspots and cozy spots to unwind.

But, the room could've used a bit more TLC—those dusty corners and some hairs left in the tub were a tad off.

A charming stay with lake views

The enchanting lake views made every sunrise a special moment. The suite was cozy and offered a warm retreat after our daily adventures. I fondly remember sipping hot cocoa on the balcony.

The furniture felt quite dated, and we noticed some dust on the surfaces. the kitchen lacked essential utensils, which hampered our meal prep.

We had a wonderful family stay with our large dog at this hotel. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for us, and we especially loved lounging on the balcony enjoying the scenic lake views while the kids played inside.

My kids wished there were more activities available for them to enjoy during our stay.

My stay at Bella Vista Suites was quite pleasant. The location is exceptional, right across from the lake and within walking distance of downtown, which made it convenient for my business meetings. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, providing a comfortable atmosphere for work. I also appreciated the good housekeeping service during my stay.

Staying in the Two-Bedroom Suite was wonderful. The views of the lake are fine. The suite was clean and spacious. The indoor pool was refreshing. Convenient access to local attractions made it even better. 🌅

The lakeview was stunning, and the hotel was conveniently located near shops and dining. Staff were friendly, though we faced some trouble with key card access, and the noise from flagpoles outside made sleep difficult. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite a few hiccups.
